| Comments: | I'm looking for infos about my uncle Angelo Barone. He was born in Fiumefreddo Bruzio, Cosenza, Italy in 1905 (abt). His father's name was Arcangelo, his mother's Teresa, he had two brothers: Biagio (Biase) and Benedetto; and a sister: Maria (still alive and living in Uruguay). He left from Le Havre, France on 16 Nov 1920 and arrived at Ellis Island on 27 Nov 1920. He was going to reach his uncle Raffaele Barone in Youngstown, Ohio. His wife's name might be Rose and they were already married in 1930. Through his SSN I have found out he died in 1976 in Lake View, Erie, NY. I've found out there still are some Barone in Lake View and I was wondering if we are related. Can anybody help me to get in touch with them? Does anybody know anything on my family or knows somebody who might have known my uncle? It would be the best news ever, thank you, really. |

She had some of the building he worked in.I went online to see if I could find more info about the building, and when it was taken down. I didn't find that, but was completely blown away at the amount of information I did find! I found my grandparents names on the Christmas card, my grandmothers recipe in the cookbook, my uncle's class picture in the 1954 yearbook, and a picture of my grandfather in year book when he worked there.
