Gert Fierle Dobbs
was born in 1920 (one of 9 children of Margaret and George Fierle) and lived in Lake View, NY most of her life.  She was married to Kenneth Dobbs and had one child, Beverly Dobbs Finley, and two grandchildren, Karrie and Kip.  Gert died in 1986 in Port Charlotte, FL. Margaret Mayer Ebel

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday (July 1) from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Lake View for Margaret R. Mayer Ebel, 85, of Mayville, NY, formerly of Lake View, who died Monday, June 28, 2004.  Wife of the late Roy C. Ebel Sr., she is survived by a son, Robert F. Ebel Sr. (Ann); daughter, Rosemary (James) Joy; sisters, Helen Fierle, Mary Brunner, Joelle Lischer and Roseanne Mayer; brother, Robert Mayer; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a son, Roy C. Ebel Jr. (Kathleen); sister, Genevieve Hummel; and brother, Edward Mayer.  Mrs. Ebel was an avid bowler and member of St. Mary's Church in Mayville.  Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church or a charity of choice.  Burial was at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Fredonia. Arrangements were made through Addison Funeral Home.
